Definition
The role responsible for what is built and why: backlog prioritization, roadmap definition, decisions on features, alignment with stakeholders, market validation, metrics. It is the owner of the problem and of the *outcome*, not the *output*. It combines strategic vision, data analysis, empathy with the user, and communication with the team.
