Definition
A rhetorical figure that attributes human qualities to non-human entities. In naming, the product or brand adopts a human identity (a character, a proper name, a bodily trait) that facilitates emotional connection. E.g.: *Mr. Clean / Don Limpio* (cleaner), *Aunt Jemima* (syrup), *Betty Crocker* (mixes).
