Definition
Design thinking is a user-centered innovation methodology that tackles complex problems through an iterative process of understanding needs, generating ideas, and experimenting. It is usually structured into five phases —empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test— and combines divergent and convergent thinking to arrive at desirable, viable, and feasible solutions.
